Camping Terms and Conditions 

Your pitch is available from 12.00pm on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure, to enable us to prepare the pitch for our next guests.

1. As this is a family site, we regret we cannot take bookings from all same sex parties, or any single parties under the age of 18.
   
2. Dogs must be kept on leads and must be kept under control at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended on the site at any time. Please do not allow your dogs to foul the site. In the event of an accident please scoop the mess in to a bag and place it in the bin provided.
3. Only the number of persons noted on the booking form can occupy the pitch. Visitors are permitted on site, please inform us prior to their arrival. Their cars can be parked on the site subject to availability of space at a fee of £2.00 per day.
4. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without compensation, where the behaviour of persons, their guests or their pets, may impair the health, comfort or the enjoyment of other guests.
5. A deposit of £50.00 must be sent with the booking form. This acts as a booking fee, which will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled. The balance is to be paid no later than 28 days before the start of your holiday. Failure to make such payment will be treated as a cancellation of the booking. On receipt of the balance  All cancellations must be notified in writing. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
6. Should you need to cancel your booking please telephone us as soon as possible and then confirm in writing. Subject to re-letting the unit we may make re-payment of part or all of your payment.
7. We at Family Holidays accept no liability for any personal injury fatal or otherwise), loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party or property on this site however occurred.
8. Holiday insurance is generally recommended, however this is something you have to choose and arrange by yourselves. We do not make these arrangements for you.
9. We reserve the right to make alterations to our booking conditions, price lists etc. at any time.
10. Please do not place disposable barbeques directly on the grass, blocks are provided on site.
11. Due to the size of the site and the enjoyment of our guest, the following are prohibited to be used on site. Balls, bikes, skates, rollerblades, skateboards.
